My lovely & very thoughtful husband told me today he is gona buy me an Epilleptical machine!!! Lol! Uhhhh it's an elliptical exercise machine! Lol! Dat sounded like a tweaking machine to me! Lol will post pics soon!

Cancer sucks/RIP Tom

In this month of Sept 4yrs ago we lost a dear friend of ours due to pancreatic cancer. RIP Tom Barrios. Tom worked @ the Tower in LAX @ terminal 5. He was such a kind person! Tom, I agree with u...Pepsi sucks!!! & we still have ur cap! A boy peeing on da Pepsi logo!!! RIP.

My son will be a Surgeon. & with that said... He will be learning basic Anatomy,Chemistry,Pathology,Microbiology & all that good stuff @ home! Cnt wait to buy cow tripes & cow liver! Lol! I gotta say, I'm nervous for him! It's such a stressful job I hear. Long work weeks... But I know he can do it! So I'm with him on this one! Here we go! Bless my Son! :)he is soooo focused on helping & saving people's lives! Ahhhhh! Why am I da one with all da pressure??? Lol!

So we decided to send and extra payment each year to our principal to reduce our 30yr loan by 5-10yrs... It's gona take sum serious commitment but I believe we can do it!!! With dat said we cut on spending on junk,limit dinning out... Imagine?... Being 50 & 56 without a mortgage payment! Awesomeness!!! So be it!

Fly Delta!

We flew 1st class to Hawaii! The flight attendant was exceptional!!! The food was good! Love the hot towels to wipe ur hands b4 the meal! Mai Tai*s served with pineapple & cherry not forgetting da lil umbrella! Lol! I recommend u fly 1st class on a flight over 3hrs! U get a meal,drinks served in glass cups instead of plastic, they offered fruit & candy... Variety of snacks,drinks & alcohol. Needless to say they offer wifi so dat was a plus! So fly Delta!!! ;)

I want a new phone!

So I can upgrade with Sprint in December... But my contract expires in February... Ughhhhhhh! These cell phone companies I tell ya! :/ I'm considering da iPhone W/Sprint! I'm wondering if it will have a cap on da Internet.... And insurance for me is a must! I hope they offer sum type of warranty!

Egumucation!

I miss my kids while they're in school! But, very well know they need their egumucation! :D my dream is for my kiddos to finish school,continue with collage,get a degree on watever field they choose! Oh, I forgot to mention....I give my kids extra homework, I do not except chicken scratch and nothing lower than a B. :-P

OMG! Wheres da room service personnel??? .... Lol! Bk from Hawaii! Wow! I tell ya' it's a beautiful island" It was a romantic get away!;) I found myself using my cell phone a lil more than I would've liked,since we didn't take my babies I wanted to know how they were doing! I am a UVA/UVB freak! I have never been in a tanning bed,nor plan on getting into one. The risks for me outweight the benefit.I always wear sunblock wether it's sunny or not! The Suns rays cause premature aging,sun spots,sunburn & skin cancer. UVR Ultra Violet Radiation is a proven human carcinogen. Melanoma/skin cancer is the most common form of cancer in the US. Plz wear sunblock,wear protective clothing & eyewear. Be Sun Savvy! : ) wear ur sunblock! Stay healthy!

I made up my mind! I am switching to AT&T!!! F Sprint! Been with Sprint for 7yrs.... Im thinking of trying the iphone5 if they release it this Fall! I already have an iPod,iPad,I only need my apple cell phone! :D tired of Android! Go AT&T wireless! Lol! :-P There better be a good insurance for it!!!

Hair coloring with coffee?...

They say u can color ur hair with teas and coffee! giving it a natural look! While it doesn't over gray,it does make the color u currently have shine! I have yet to try! People swear coffee leaves ur hair soft,with a nice soft caramelized stain! ;)

30 & DIRTY??? :D

Once again I have to say... I had always been afraid of turning 30! Now dat I turned 30... Oh boy! Hummmm.... I am more confident than when I was in my 20's.... Everthing does get better with age! ;) I promise! 30 is just a # Feel great about urself! Learn to love & except urself! And I said 30 & Dirty bcuz @ 30+ women seem to give more.... And I'll leave that to ur imagination!...... Have a good one!

Oh my! This feeling of...

Uneasiness :D you know dat 'gut feeling' we sum times get... Well it's da perception of common sense, or "the right thing to do" Gut feeling is dat visceral emotional reaction/ deep inward feeling,feeling of uneasiness,gut wrenching,upside down stomach feeling. From experience I say u follow ur instinct! Stay out of trouble:)- and like my Dad likes to say... Chiettttttt" :}

We have ALL done this... Comfort eating! I myself reward my kids with food! Wether u r feeling stressed,sad,lonely, or watever the feeling is... Dnt take comfort with food! We even reward ourselves with food! How bad is dat! We eat without being hungry to alleviate these feelings! Instead Of offering a candy,ice cream, cookie...Reward with a hug,a kiss a good pat on da bk! Lol! Let's not forget the power of praise! Great job! Awesome! Keep it up! Way to go! Outstanding! :D. If u find urself comfort eating... Try knitting,crosswords puzzles,sudoku,call,txt,email a friend who u know will support u! etc... Anything dat keeps ur mind off food when u r NOT hungry! Ahhhhh! My face is burning! :D Ok, I will admit I got a new laser facial treatment today! It was awesome! Every woman should take time to pamper herself! After watching a video that made an impact on my life!...I am goal oriented, I have to plan EVERYTHING.Always trying to invest & plan for my future! From where am I going to live & what income will I/we be living on! Hummm,I had never realized that 'my securities' would be able to change & not go as planned! Set ur 'security' not on sumthing but but on sum1 who will never change"... Think about it!
